Opening hours of our kitchen
A large selection of typical meals from our renowned Gösser kitchen is served daily from 11:00 am
to 11:00 pm.
Where else in the city can you enjoy sumptuous calf’s lights, delicious beef stew and fresh whitefish
from Lake Constance? Moreover, Gösserbräu is also renowned as "the home for cheese specialties from the
Bregenzerwald region" beyond the borders, especially for its tasty home-made cheese dumplings containing
farm-fresh eggs and the unique Gösser cheese blend. Upon reservation, we gladly welcome you for a morning
pint or serve our delicacies after 11:00 pm.
To satisfy your small hunger, a reduced menu is available between 02:00 pm and 05:30 pm as well as
after 10:00 pm. Alternatively, you may wish to enjoy a delicious sundae with Dolce Vita ice cream in
our shady garden in the heart of the Festival city of Bregenz.
Mondays to Fridays at noon we serve the „fast plate“ where you can select between two different menus.
More specialties are available on our weekly menu featuring seasonal recipes and our daily recommendations.
Enjoy a delicate wine from our exquisite selection of local and Austrian wines, including a selection
for sampling, served by the glass.
You will also find a large beverage selection in our rapsak bar. Meet there with your friends
for a cool beer or with your staff for an after-work party.
